This pretty Caen stone house with a modern extension welcomes all your family for a quiet stay, 120M2, 900 m from the beach ( SWORD BEACH). Good bakery 50 metres away.
On the garden level, the 33m2 living room and the bright kitchen-dining room opening onto the terrace and garden make for a cosy get-together. A separate WC and utility room complete the two bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a king-size bed (160×200) on two separate slatted bases and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The other, more intimate bedroom has a stone wall and a 140×190 bed.
Both rooms overlook the garden.
Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200) and 2 independent slatted beds, the other with two bunk beds (90 x 190). A bathroom with shower, WC and space for changing a baby.
Each bedroom has roller shutters or manual shutters.
All the rooms in the house are accessible to you, with the exception of the storeroom, which is closed off.
In our family home, a few cupboards or drawers may hold personal belongings, so the storage space available will give you plenty of room to store your belongings for your stay.
