Nestling in a quiet lane in the charming village of Cresserons, 5 minutes from the Côte de Nacre and 20 minutes from Caen, "Le Nichoir" is a detached house ideal for a stay with family or friends. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, it combines modern comfort with authenticity.

The gîte comprises

Ground floor: A bright living room with lounge (TV, wood-burning stove), fitted kitchen and dining area.

1st floor: A master suite (bed 160×200) with private shower room, a second bedroom (bed 140×190) with study, and a separate shower room with WC.

2nd floor: A large attic bedroom with two single beds (90×200).

Outside, enjoy two separate areas: a terrace at the front with a stone barbecue for your meals, and a second, more intimate terrace at the rear for your moments of relaxation. The grounds are fully enclosed for your peace of mind.
