Jean-Yves, the owner, has renovated this pretty house over a basement, taking care not to alter its 60s spirit. You'll be delighted to appreciate the parquet floors and cement tiles, or the lovely custom-made cupboards in the kitchen! From this peaceful neighborhood, you can walk down to the Beach. In summer, the basement makes it easy to return from the Beach and spend time in the garden.
