Our terraced house is situated in Courseulles-sur-Mer, a seaside resort in Normandy renowned for its D-Day beaches, which were designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2026, in particular Juno Beach, home to the Juno Beach Centre which pays tribute to Canadian soldiers. Its fishing and marina port is bustling; it is renowned for its fish market and scallop fishing. The fine sandy beach is perfect for swimming and shellfish gathering. You can also enjoy a wide range of water sports and a lively market. You can explore the Vélomaritime cycle route and the beaches of the Côte de Nacre by bike. It is a well-rounded destination combining history, nature and fine dining.
A 42m² semi-detached house in a secure residential complex. Situated 120 metres from the beach, just across Avenue de La Combattante. On the ground floor: a separate, fully-fitted kitchen and a living room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. Small garden with garden furniture and private parking. A private, locked garage is available beneath the ‘Le Trident’ block for your bikes and beach gear. At ‘A1-Village de la Mer’, you’ll feel right at home (families have been renting here every year since 2009) We look forward to welcoming you!
