Mont Joli
Mont Joli overlooks the town and offers a stunning panoramic view of the Seine Valley and the Pont de Normandie, which links Honfleur to Le Havre.
You can admire the pretty rooftops of Honfleur’s houses. From the Notre-Dame de Grâce chapel to Mont Joli, you’ll follow a narrow path: look to your right – the stands at the Mont Joli stadium have retained their late 19th–early 20th-century retro style. A sight not to be missed!
Our top tip: come at sunset! In the final hours of the day, the sun sets over the beach to the west, its light reflecting off the rooftops of Honfleur; with not a sound to be heard, you’ll feel as though you’re alone in the world. A complete change of scenery guaranteed!
Please note: it is not possible to access Mont-Joli in a campervan
