When Xavier took over the family business, he was keen to offer local, healthy and tasty products made on the farm from his own harvests. He then became a beekeeper, as biodiversity remains his main concern. We now hold the High Environmental Value label and offer honey, honey vinegar, mead, oil, eggs, flour, vegetables, etc.
