La Crèmerie d'Emilie was awarded four medals at the Concours Agricole 2026 at the Salon Internationale de l'Agriculture, including a gold for its chocolate cream dessert.
At Éric Mallet’s farm, you can enjoy agricultural expertise right on your plate. A passionate dairy farmer, Éric transforms the milk he produces into a delicious range of homemade products that have made the reputation of Crémerie d’Emilie: fresh milk, cream, butter, plain or fruit yoghurts, not forgetting the traditional Normandy teurgoule.
In the farm’s charming chalet-boutique, Éric and his team welcome you to discover their specialities, as well as a fine selection of gourmet products from local producers: craft beers, cider, pommeau, apple juice, Formigny vinegar, jams, honey, terrines, camembert, pasta and flour.
