New: your wine merchant now produces its own spirits and liqueurs at its artisan distillery, Distillerie Balbec, located in Moult near Caen. The distillery opens its doors to reveal the secrets behind the production of its artisan liqueurs and spirits. In particular, discover the production stages of the limoncello, made from organic lemons sourced from a small producer in Terracina, an Italian town twinned with Cabourg.
