Ferme Cidricole Desvoye – cave G.Desvoye
Situated in the heart of the Cider Route, this family-run organic farm is typical of the Pays d’Auge region, with its old cider press, half-timbered buildings and traditional, untreated ‘Haute Tige’ orchards. Self-guided tours of the old cider press are available, with tastings of apple juice, AOP ciders (semi-dry, brut and extra-brut), ciders aged in Calvados casks, perry, pommeau and AOC Calvados. Also available for purchase on site: cider vinegar, apple balsamic vinegar, jams made with our own fruit, toffees, mustard, apple flour, AOP cheese and rillettes.
