The organic cider he produces there is sure to surprise your palate, such is its wealth of aromas, thanks to the contribution of age-old apple varieties, perpetuated for the past three generations. His Old Reserve Pays d’Auge calvados, also made from organically-grown apples and the typicity of which is sure to charm your taste buds, is produced according to traditional family distilling practices.
