Zen vibration
Summer news! Throughout July and August, Zen Vibration will be setting up at the swimming pool at the Houlgate Baths for sound relaxation sessions every Sunday, starting at 4 pm (practical information: participants are asked to arrive at 3.45 pm, bringing a towel and a yoga mat; the cost is 20 euros per session).
Travellers can treat themselves to a moment to let go of what’s weighing them down and rediscover their inner peace. The experience combines two gentle and complementary practices: sound therapy and auriculotherapy.
Sound vibrations soothe the body from within, whilst auriculopressure gently supports emotional balance, freeing the body and mind. Gradually, the body relaxes, the mind slows down and the breath deepens.
These treatments invite you to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the outside world, to return to yourself, and to experience a deep and lasting sense of calm.
