Yoga avec Jeanne Pinson
I offer yoga classes (vinyasa, hatha, yin, pranayama, meditation, pre/post-natal, therapeutic) at home.
Private or group sessions, from 5 to 100 years old, for beginners or not.
I also give workshops on request and lead yoga retreats if the opportunity arises.
Are you looking for peace of mind? Or do you prefer muscle strengthening? Or do you have joint pain?
Contact me to discuss and arrange a trial class.
