Wave ski (from age 12) with Concept Sport Emotion
Fancy riding your first waves without spending hours trying to stay on your feet? Concept Sport Emotion will introduce you to waveskiing during a 1½-hour session.
This variation on surfing originated in Australia, where it was used, in particular, to rescue swimmers and surfers in distress. Its main advantage is that you practise it whilst seated, using a paddle. Easier to get the hang of than a surfboard, the waveski also allows you to build up speed out on the water and reach the waves quickly.
An ideal activity for beginners, who’ll be riding their first waves very quickly and in complete safety, supervised by a state-qualified water sports instructor. Enjoy it on your own, with family or with friends.
> Good to know
The activity goes ahead in rainy weather (with suitable kit), in windy conditions or when the sea is slightly choppy, and is cancelled in the event of a storm. Weather checks are carried out regularly: in the event of cancellation due to adverse conditions, participants will be notified, where possible, 48 hours in advance, at no cost.
