[Scolaires] Visite croquis
The museum’s collection consists mainly of paintings dating from the 15th century to the present day. The tour, tailored to the pupils’ ages, includes opportunities for sketching, combining visual observation with hands-on activity.
Several themed tours are available: Discovery, Portraiture, Mythology, Landscape, Water in All Its Forms, and the Sculpture Park (outdoors).
Using a selection of artworks, the programme takes an approach based on observation and practical drawing to explore a selection of the museum’s works and introduce concepts from the visual arts and art history. Materials are provided by the museum.
