[Scolaires] Le Château de Caen – visite commentée incluant le donjon et la tour de la Reine Mathilde
From the founding of the castle by William the Conqueror to the evolution of the site throughout the Middle Ages, the tour explores the notion of a fortified castle, a place of power and defense, and daily life in medieval times. The tour includes access to the remains of the keep and Queen Matilda?s tower, and is punctuated by activities and a presentation adapted to the level of the class. The tour lasts 1? hours – allow 2 hours including travel time and a break.
