[Schoolchildren] A culinary adventure through the streets of Caen
Head chef Marie Ollait has just had the recipe for her fabulous teurgoule – that Norman rice pudding – stolen. She’s asking for your help! Follow the clues through the streets of Caen to track down the culprit.
Our investigation begins right in the centre of Caen. Head chef Marie Ollait needs your help to track down the thief who stole her famous teurgoule recipe. But before we start the investigation, she explains: what exactly is this Normandy rice-based dessert? What are the ingredients? When was it invented? By whom? Why? And what do pirates have to do with this story?
The chef is certain: the culprit is a jealous restaurant owner from Caen! An initial game allows the teams to identify the suspects. Then, working in teams, the pupils head out into the city streets to find clues. They’ll then need to cross-reference the information to identify the culprit. Clues, evidence, suspects, motives… All the elements are in place for a real detective adventure!
