[School] The English Olympiads
A range of sporting and creative activities that enable children to develop not only their English vocabulary but also their physical and creative skills, as well as their team spirit and competitive spirit – all whilst having fun.
An ‘Olympics’ for learning English vocabulary. Working in teams, pupils compete in 10 challenges led by teachers and supervisors. The challenges last around 10 minutes and enable pupils to learn vocabulary words on various topics such as colours, parts of the body, actions, animals, modes of transport, adjectives, directions, clothes, numbers…
Among the 10 activities, we offer 5 sporting challenges, including an obstacle course, a blindfolded race, a ball game, a fancy dress race and a maths throwing game. There are also five creative challenges, including a charades game, a building game, a drawing game, a photo challenge and a blind test. Each game allows teams to earn a certain number of points. The team with the most points wins!
