Planches Contact Festival #17 – Guided tour of the exhibitions
The 17th edition reaffirms the fundamental principles of this unique festival, which focuses on supporting creation, production and the showcasing of exclusive exhibitions, curated from works produced by photographers during their residencies.
Planches Contact presents itself as a genuine space for diverse experimentation, offering artists the opportunity to deepen their research or to embark on new projects. The Festival serves as a forum for ongoing reflection on both the various forms of photographic expression and methods of presentation, paying particular attention to staging that is both meticulous and innovative. It is also a forum for questioning the contemporary world, where creativity serves as a means of resistance, of exploring alternative realities, and of opening up new perspectives. The 2026 edition will centre on the theme ‘Generations’.
