Plage Verte de Cherbourg

Green space opposite the Chantereyne marina. The green beach was created in the early 90s to allow for the extension of the port, and took the place of the former Napoleon artificial beach. Today, it is the venue for numerous events, including the Cin'Etoiles festival, the children's book festival, the July 14 fireworks display, water races, sports events, the Road Safety Day, etc.
Nautical activities: dinghies, catamarans, collective boats, houseboats, rowing boats…
