Oter sauna in Bernières-sur-Mer
Oter Sauna is a mobile wood-fired sauna set up overlooking the sea on the Côte de Nacre.
In Bernières-sur-Mer, you can find us on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at a secluded spot, nestled amongst the dunes, wooden fences and the sea horizon.
For one hour, the sauna is at your disposal to experience a ritual inspired by the Nordic countries, structured around three sessions of around 15 minutes in the heat, interspersed with cooling-off periods outside or directly in the English Channel.
Each session is accompanied by an aromatic ritual using essential oils, to further enhance the sense of immersion and disconnection.
In autumn, the experience takes on a whole new dimension: the air turns cooler, the beaches quieten down, and the contrast between the heat of the sauna and the coolness of the sea becomes even more intense.
Enjoy it alone, as a couple, with friends or family, in a shared session or as a private booking.
