MUSIC CLASSES WHILE SEATED A unique, fun and inclusive activity for everyone! Wednesdays in Equemauville (14) – Thursdays in Berville-sur-mer (27)
My name is Gaëlle Ernoult, a Créadiaz® ‘practitioner and collaborator’
I offer a unique activity centred on movement, music and the joy of sharing a convivial moment: the chair-based music programme, an accessible experience that allows you to move at your own pace, stimulate your body and mind, and enjoy a relaxing break in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
This activity involves choreographed movements performed whilst seated on a chair, set to music. It engages motor skills and draws on attention, coordination, memory and listening skills, whilst fostering social connection and the joy of participating together. No particular level of fitness or dancing skills is required; everyone can take part in the session according to their own abilities.
An activity to discover during your stay Whether you’re on holiday on the Côte Fleurie, in Honfleur or on a family break, come and discover an activity that combines movement, music and good humour!
The programme is particularly aimed at: – children, adults and older people; – families and anyone wishing to share an original activity; – organised groups, associations and organisations staying in the area; – visitors looking for an accessible group activity in a friendly setting.
