GROUP OR PRIVATE SESSIONS: we offer a range of mountain bike session formats, in group or private sessions.
When you book your place(s) in a group session, you are with other people for the duration of the session: easily bookable online right up to the last minute, with the remaining places counted down, they are ideal for singles or pairs as they considerably reduce the cost of a session. What’s more, if you want to do different activities in group sessions during the week, you’ll benefit from additional discounts thanks to our packages. Other people in the same situation as you can sign up for this session, which will then become a shared moment. Please note that to ensure that the group is as evenly matched as possible, there is a minimum age requirement for children, which differs for each session.
When you book your private session(s), you can choose morning or afternoon slots, 2 or 3 hour sessions, weekdays or weekends: it’s up to you, depending on what you want. Your instructor will take care of you, whether you’re on your own, with your family, as a couple or with friends. The online diary allows you to consult available slots in real time. It’s the ideal way to manage any apprehensions you may have, or if you want to improve your skills. The range of activities is wider, with the same activities as those offered in group sessions plus abseiling, raids and courses. It’s what you turn to when you’re looking for flexibility in terms of the minimum age a child can take part. It’s also the ideal format for those who already practise and want an individual session to improve their technique, specific to the discipline, or for families who want to share a moment of adventure together, without having to manage logistics and safety.
THE 2-HOUR MOUNTAIN BIKE SESSION IN NORMAN SWITZERLAND: Bookable as a group or private session. Mountain biking is one of the ideal outdoor activities for experiencing a unique moment on the less-frequented trails and best-hidden paths of the Suisse Normande region. There are countless routes to choose from, from downhill sections where you can pick up speed and slalom between rocks and roots, to uphill sections where you can appreciate the wide range of gears available on a mountain bike. Every trail offers new sensations and magnificent views. Your instructors will adapt to your level of ability by taking you on the most appropriate routes. And for once, there’ll be plenty of fun to be had outdoors, whatever the weather: in dry weather, when your wheels kick up a cloud of dust, or in the rain, when you’re crossing huge mud puddles. (From age 12 in a group session, or from age 6 in a private session).
THE 2-HOUR MOUNTAIN BIKE SESSION IN NORMAN SWITZERLAND: Only bookable as a private session. Similar in every way to the 2-hour session, with the difference that a 3-hour session gives you more time to explore as much as possible. It may not be enough time to complete the round-the-world tour, but it will be enough to enjoy the trails of the Suisse Normande region to the full. (From 12 years)
OTHER OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: You can also enjoy climbing, kayaking, trail running, abseiling or adrenalin packs in the form of multi-activity raids, or book a course for a few days in one of your favourite activities, always accompanied by our qualified instructors.
SLEEPING AT THE BASE CAMP: Finally, the base camp is also a unique and multi-faceted place, as you can also sleep there, camping in our bivouac or staying in our refuge, so that you can enjoy all your adventures to the full, with family or friends.
