The Rucher des Authieux in Bois-Anzeray, close to Rugles, offers cooking classes using honey and seasonal produce. Member of the Collège Culinaire de France (French Cuisine Academy), Laurent Campbell teaches his classes using his range of Mieloresto cooking products. He sometimes invites chefs to his farm.
The classes are open to both adults and children (on Wednesdays or during school holidays), for groups of 10 o 15 people (booking required).
