Guided family tours of the Caen Memorial
During the school holidays, share the history of the Second World War with your children!
NEW: the Caen Memorial is offering family-friendly guided tours of its two different exhibition routes.
One tour is designed for 8–13-year-olds, and another for those aged 14 and over. There are two time slots per level every day.
Parents and children (aged 8 and over) can explore the museum together on a guided tour that is tailored, educational and specially designed for families.
Over the course of 1 hour 45 minutes, the guide explores the major issues of the Second World War through the museum’s exhibition routes, using a case containing artefacts and archival documents from the museum’s collections.
These 1 hour 45 minute tours are available for families.
