The Musée de Normandie boasts a wealth of archaeological collections, providing a panoramic view of life in the region, from prehistory through Gallo-Roman antiquity to the great migrations of the early Middle Ages. Each major period can be the subject of a themed tour (Prehistory, Gallo-Roman Antiquity, Great Migrations and Barbarian Kingdoms). Guided tours provide an opportunity to handle reproductions of ancient objects.
