Day 1
Departure by train from the station nearest your school to Caen. On this first day, you will walk around Caen. Settle into your accommodation, then take a guided tour of the city to discover its most emblematic sites and soak up the local history.
Day 2
Discover the D-Day landing beaches in a different way: in the morning, visit the Juno Beach Centre and take a guided tour of the bunkers in Juno Park. In the afternoon, a guided walk through the Normandy bocage, from Longues-sur-mer to Arromanches, will help you understand the strategy, logistics and technology developed by the Allies to liberate Europe.
Day 3
After collecting your bikes from the hire company, enjoy a ride along the cycle path linking Caen to the sea, towards the Pegasus Bridge. Take a break in Bénouville to visit the Pegasus Memorial, then return to Caen before catching the train home.
