Emma Pauline invites you to experience “Awaken your senses, free your colours”. A workshop or course in free expression in the plastic arts, combining music, materials and intuition. Here, we explore, experiment and let go. You don’t come to produce, you come to feel and express yourself.
In the words of Emma Pauline:
“As a painter, I express myself through colours and shapes born of movement. In search of silence and calm, I often hear that my paintings soothe and inspire. To (re)find breath. My work resonates with my yoga practice, meditation and love of nature, especially the sea. My greatest source of inspiration is the sky and the light, changing with the seasons and my emotions. As a qualified workshop leader, I offer workshops and courses in free expression “colour” for adults, in institutions, companies, hotels (seminars) and in my studio Emma Pauline ART in Honfleur. Key words: liberation, expression, letting go, relaxation, discovery, full awareness, inspiration, serenity, alignment. We explore different techniques and materials. No artistic level or experience is required to take part, just a desire to create!
