Part water sport, part fitness training, fitness kayaking is a way to keep fit outdoors, to the rhythm of the paddle. It’s a fun way to maintain your fitness and recharge your batteries, whilst enjoying the sea and nature.
For adults, it’s an alternative to indoor sports: an endurance sport that adds variety to your exercise routine and fosters a sense of community through club sessions.
For older adults, it’s a low-impact activity that’s gentle on the joints, sparing the knees and hips whilst offering the benefits of regular exercise.
Suitable for everyone, fitness kayaking is practised in groups from October to April.
