Anne Vandenberghe, the developer of the ""Bourrache et Coquelicot"" activity, organises workshops based on collecting and cooking wild plants during full-day sessions (see calendar) or other dates on request (for 4 people and over) at the heart of the Écouves forest, a few miles from Alençon.
The activity takes place on a discovery area of 4.5 hectares in the Normandy-Maine regional nature park, part of which is listed as a Natura 2000 site (wetland) with a great wealth of plant life.
Sale of jams, syrups and coulis made from wild plants - the site is open on request to visitors and walkers in the Écouves forest.
