You will be able to enjoy traditional food in the restaurant in a warm, well-thought-out and family-friendly atmosphere and spend a relaxing stay at the Hôtel de la Risle. The Hotel-Restaurant de la Risle's famous "Tête de veau sauce gribiche" (a traditional dish consisting of calf's head and a mayonnaise-based sauce made with hard-boiled egg yolks and pickled gherkins) is served on the 1st Tuesday and 3rd Wednesday of every month. Booking recommended.
