Training restaurant that teaches students and trainees the art and business of the food service industry from NVQ level 1 to the final year of A levels (cooking and service).
Actually, only the ingredients are charged, which allows to sample excellent food at very affordable prices (excluding drinks).
When you dine, the students are all learning, you should thus expect to spend 2 hours for a meal.
