The Chef, Jordan, will allow you to enjoy seasonal, gourmet and inventive cuisine in a warm and modern setting. He works with seasonal produce to treat both the eye and the taste buds. Make the most of the pleasure of a friendly setting, of sitting down together at the table, of sharing authentic dishes, of bringing back good memories and being welcomed like old friends. The kitchen's philosophy echoes the essence of the place and can be summed up in one word: "simplicity". What lies behind is a high level of requirement in terms of quality of the produce and short supply networks. These two requirements are what makes a good restaurant: "what we are interested in is taste". Here, only one menu, the menu of the moment, of the day which evolves with the daily market and which consists in a starter, a main course, cheese and a dessert. The Manoir de Surville has also been awarded the three-star Ecotable certification.
