Didier Robin, the restaurant's chef, is an unconditional believer in cooking with Normandy farm produce. He works rigorously with the best producers of the region, as well as the gardeners of the castle in order to select for his cooking the best of the garden among the herbs, fruits and vegetables which compose it

The menus change with the seasons and offer a gastronomic cuisine "land and sea", inspired by traditional and regional recipes to which Didier Robin adds his touch of creativity. This demanding cuisine is accompanied by a wine cellar with the best wines selected by our sommelier.

The restaurant is open every evening and at noon for special occasions from 10 people, family meals, business lunches, groups, etc.
