The restaurant’s chef, Didier Robin, is highly attached to top-quality cuisine using farm produce direct from Normandy. He scrupulously chooses and works with the region’s best producers, together with the château gardeners, so that his cuisine includes only the best in fresh herbs, fruit and vegetables.
His menus change in time with the seasons, to offer gourmet dishes from coast to country, inspired by traditional French and regional recipes, to which Didier Robin adds his own creative touch. His demanding approach to cuisine is complemented by a wine cellar boasting our sommelier’s selection of the best bottles.
