Once home to Excise Officers on the river Seine, this former Excise House located along the towpath in Le Petit Andelys, at the foot of the famous Château Gaillard, was turned into a hotel and restaurant during the 18th century and has kept its name in memory of this golden place that raised important revenue. In a quiet setting, the river Seine flows gently close to the bright dining room while the chef Philippe Lallier expresses his passion for cooking with refined - sometimes daring - dishes. A romantic gourmet break in Normandy!
