Workshop: ‘The Guitar in Every Way’

From 13 to 15 November, the Domaine de la Balanderie is hosting a unique guitar workshop, open to all enthusiasts, from the curious beginner to the experienced guitarist.
Over three days, come and experience a true musical immersion and discover the richness of the guitar through different styles, techniques and approaches. A workshop designed for learning, experimenting, sharing and, above all, enjoying playing.
A programme combining music and wellbeing
Mornings will be devoted to the body and breathing, with activities specially designed for musicians:
* Yoga for musicians
* Breathing exercises to promote relaxation and concentration
* Hand warm-ups and right-hand/left-hand coordination exercises
Afternoons will be dedicated to a musical journey, exploring several major genres of guitar music:
* Blues
* Jazz
* Classical music
* Flamenco
* Brazilian music
Evenings will be all about improvisation and socialising, with improvisation workshops open to all and opportunities to share music after meals.
A musical retreat in a stunning setting
The course takes place at the Domaine de la Balanderie, in a setting ideal for relaxation, musical practice and socialising.
