Words on the Stage – A dramatised tour

For one evening only, the exhibition ‘Meteorological Beauties: The Skies of Trouville, from Boudin to the Present Day’ can be experienced in a different way. Les Compagnons de Lucille, the reading and writing workshop, and the Image Théâtre association present ‘Words on the Stage’, a dramatised tour at the heart of the Villa Montebello Museum.

Bright sunshine, shifting clouds, overcast skies or a sudden downpour: as they move through the skies depicted in paintings from the 19th century to the present day, the actors lend their voices to the paintings and invite the audience to take a fresh look at the works.

Two performances are scheduled, on Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 December at 6.30 pm. Admission is free, subject to booking.

A sensitive way to rediscover the skies of Trouville, through a blend of painting and the spoken word.
