Do you love the delicious smell of freshly baked bread? You can inhale these aromas at the Aux Pains Populaires bakery. We'd like to take you on a discovery of an ancestral method of making organic sourdough bread.
Matthieu will share his know-how with you, as well as his work to produce differently. This young enthusiast asks questions about the raw materials we use, the energy we consume, the organization of work and the distribution of wealth... A wide-ranging program on which you can actively exchange views, while tasting some surprising breads!
