An archetypal working-class housing estate designed by the Schneider family company when it expanded its activities in Normandy at the end of the 19th century, Mayville has preserved vestiges of that era, allowing visitors to grasp the paternalistic spirit of the industrialist and the special location of this garden city. A new tour features the recently restored Pont 8.
