Claire Barrabes knows wine well: its inner workings, its language, its colours and its aromas. In front of an audience of wine enthusiasts, seated or leaning against the bar, she examines this insider’s vocabulary and explores the hidden meanings behind words chosen by men. Until the moment when the tasting goes off the rails and turns into… theatre! And, paradoxically, a great moment of truth.
