Sensory tour: ‘Awakening the Senses with Henri’

The Saturday 17 October at 14 a.m30

Mémorial de Falaise 14700 FALAISE

During the autumn half-term at the Falaise Memorial, Henri – a young man who lived through the German occupation in Falaise as a teenager – invites you to take a journey through his memories!

Through his memories, Henri invites children to discover what daily life was like for him during that particular period in the 1940s. At a series of stations, young and old alike will be invited to put their senses to the test: listening to the sounds of an occupied town, recognising smells, touching mysterious objects or even packing a suitcase for exile…

A fun, sensory tour, specially designed for children aged 6 to 12, offering a different way to discover everyday life during the Second World War.
