Rose en Lumières: charity lantern walk

To mark Pink October, the town of Bretteville-sur-Laize is organising the second edition of ‘Rose en Lumières’, a night-time lantern walk in aid of the fight against women’s cancers.
Meet at the town hall square on Saturday 17 October. Lanterns will be available from 6.00 pm and the walk will set off at 6.30 pm for a route lasting around one hour through the town. The evening will feature several artistic performances.
After the walk: it’s time for music! From 8.00 pm, head to the village hall for a free concert featuring the band Frank. The Brettevillais Festival Committee will also be offering platters to share, with part of the proceeds going to the Cancer League.
