Pyramiden Exhibition – Damien Aubin – Les Boréales

Photographs by Damien Aubin
Lost in the Arctic archipelago of Svalbard in Norway, Pyramiden is a former Soviet mining town now abandoned to the ice. Through Pyramiden, Barentsburg and Longyearbyen, the series explores spaces shaped by history and inertia, suspended between presence and absence.
The book is available for purchase at the LUX Cinema. Exhibition opening and talk on Thursday 12 November at 6.30 pm.
