Pink October: ‘La Rose Aziféenne’ Walk

The “Vivre et animer Saint-Pierre-Azif” association and the Town Hall are organising a 5 km ‘Pink Walk’ along the village’s footpaths – a friendly event open to everyone.
8.45 am: Welcome and registration
9.15 am: Group warm-up to music
9.45 am: Start of the walk
11 am: Discussions and workshops in the ‘pink village’
12 noon: Group photo and a complimentary drink courtesy of the Town Hall
A ‘Pink Village’ will be set up in the Town Hall square from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm, featuring workshops on prevention and awareness, as well as sessions on how to perform self-examination, run by the charity “Les Sains Boobs”.
Refreshments, cakes and roses on sale.
All funds raised will be donated to the François Baclesse Centre in Caen to support breast cancer research.
