Pays de Falaise 2100

The Sunday 01 November at 15 a.m00

Sous les Halles 14700 FALAISE

What will the Pays de Falaise look like in 2100? This autumn, the Bonne Chance theatre company invites you to take a leap into the future with a show that is as astonishing as it is offbeat, inspired by meetings held over recent months with local residents.

Will our towns and villages have changed? How will we get around? What will our homes, our landscapes and our countryside look like? Which animal and plant species will we still come across? And how will we have adapted to climate change?

The Bonne Chance theatre company has opted for humour, imagination and a touch of the offbeat. A giant fabric puppet, plastic costumes, animals wearing cardboard masks, a drag queen… The future imagined by the company promises a few surprises.

Behind this deliberately off-the-wall world, the show poses a question that concerns us all: what kind of world do we want to leave to future generations?

It also highlights local initiatives promoting sustainable development and shows that the future isn’t just about what might happen to us: it also depends on what we choose to do today.
