NeuroGraphica Workshop

With Loulia Litvinova.
NeiroGraphica®️ is a holistic approach and an innovative coaching method that combines theory and practice to transform personal, professional, team-based or creative projects. Presented as a technology and training programme for the future, it enables participants to solve problems and adapt their goals on a larger scale by drawing on the principles of beauty, without requiring any prior artistic talent.
The Method: Neiro + Graphica
Neiro (The Brain): Is based on intentional work and the stimulation of cognitive functions to encourage the creation of new neural connections.
Graphica (Drawing): Uses a visual language to give form to and visualise an issue, clarify its meaning and bring solutions to the fore.
How it works
Release of energy: The process releases energy stored in existing neural connections.
Setting things in motion: Cognitive energy is activated to transform the subject’s perception of the issue at hand.
Awareness: this paradigm shift triggers a flash of insight (immediate understanding or a new idea).
Key benefits: stress reduction and relief from tension / Harmonisation of emotional state / Stimulation of creativity to generate new ideas and solutions.
