Set within a 16th-century castle, L'Échiquier de Tilly is offering, in honor of Claude Monet’s centennial, a six-course “Impressionist” menu designed as a series of paintings, with each dish evoking a work of art through its colors, textures, and play of light. The château also houses a 4-star hotel.
