Beginner or initiated, come and discover the activity of coastal aquatic walking supervised by two professional animators trained by the FFRandonnée. Go for a 1 hour walk on the edge of the Crampon quay with your body immersed in the sea (between the navel and the armpits)
A medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of the sport is required. Reservation required by sms.
