'L'Assiette à la Source' Festival in Noues de Sienne

The Terra la Sienne association is organising its ‘From Plate to Source’ Festival at Le Lavoir theatre (St Sever, Calvados). There will be three evenings exploring the themes of food resilience and sustainable water management, featuring a variety of formats and talks by nationally recognised speakers. Free admission, open to all, subject to registration.
Monday 2 November, 8.00 pm: Food security, with Mathieu Dalmais – a performance-style talk.
Tuesday 3 November, 7.00 pm: Talk by Stéphane Linou on food resilience and civil protection, followed by a farmers’ and local produce reception
Wednesday 4 November, 8.00 pm Screening of the documentary “Cultiver la pluie” by director M. Khanne, attended by the authors François Rouillay and Sabine Becker,
9.30 pm Round-table discussion with the authors and key figures involved in the water cycle of the Virois basin
