Two scientists from the Interdisciplinary Research Group for Access to Elective Office (GIRAFE) claim to have founda method that, if followed to the letter, guarantees victory in any election. With little regard for ethics, they provide an audience of future candidates (the public) with all the tools necessary to run a successful campaign.

Taking their cue from the major political figures of our time, they answer the questions every candidate must ask themselves if they hope to win:
How do you craft a good platform? How do you make conflict disappear? How do you communicate effectively? How do you speak when you have nothing to say? And finally, the most important and most difficult of all these questions: How—even when you’re wrong—can you always be right?
