Histoires en calèche

The Saturday 24 October

Office de Tourisme Normandie Sud Eure 129 Place de La Madeleine 27130 VERNEUIL D'AVRE ET D'ITON

The Normandy Sud Eure Tourist Office invites you to take a horse-drawn carriage ride through history. In partnership with La Compagnie Nomade.

From aboard a horse-drawn carriage pulled by two draft horses, the heritage guide will recount the history of the town of Verneuil from its founding to the present day.
On Wednesdays during the summer, take a stroll through bucolic Verneuil—explore the gardens of Saint-Nicolas Abbey and the Gueule d’Enfer site—and discover its history.
On Thursdays, let yourself be swept away through the labyrinth of narrow streets in the historic center.
It’s up to you to choose which tour appeals to you most!
